1. IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Read these instructions carefully and retain them for future use. If this product is passed to a third party, then these instructions must be included. Save these instructions for future reference.
Explanation of safety warnings:
"DANGER!" indicates a hazard with a high level of risk which, if not avoided, will result in death or serious injury.
"WARNING!" indicates a hazard with a medium level of risk which, if not avoided, could result in death or serious injury.
"CAUTION!" indicates a hazard with a low level of risk which, if not avoided, could result in minor or moderate injury.
"NOTICE" Indicates information considered important, but not hazard-related.
Risk of serious injury! Before beginning any exercise program, consult your physician. This
is especially important for people over the age of 35 or people with pre-existing health problems. ATG assumes no responsibility for personal injury or property damage sustained by or during the use of this product.
Risk of serious injury! Be aware of your body’s signals. Incorrect or excessive exercise can damage your health. Stop exercising if you experience any of the following symptoms: pain, tightness in your chest, irregular heartbeat, extreme shortness of breath, lightheadedness, dizziness, or feelings of nausea. If you do experience any of these symptoms, you should consult your doctor before continuing with your exercise program.
Risk of injury!o This product can only be used by a skilled person.
o It is the responsibility of the product’s owner to ensure that all users are informed of all precautions.
o The product is designed to support a maximum of 500 lbs (226kg).
o Always use the product on a flat and level surface. Using the product on a sloped and/or rough surface could result in the product tipping over and causing injuries.
o Cover the floor beneath the product to protect the floor.
o Inspect for damage each time you use the product.
o Always keep children under 12 and pets away from the product.
o Always warm up for 3-5 minutes before each exercise session.
o Only use the angled surface (A) for exercising. Do not step on the other side of the product.
o Do not stand too far up on the product to avoid tipping.
Stretching at the end of the workout helps to increase flexibility and helps to prevent post- exercise problems.

o No liability will be accepted for damages resulting from improper use or non-compliance with these instructions.

o Check product for transport damages.
Risk of suffocation! Keep any packaging materials away from children – these materials are a potential source of danger, e.g. suffocation.
o Remove all packaging materials and check if all parts are included.

6. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCEo To clean the product, wipe with as lightly damp cloth. Dry the product after cleaning.
