This is the second ATG productive I purchased, with the TiB Bar being the first. Like that one I hesitated, attempting other solutions such as step up plate rack attachments, and adjustable boxes. You would have thought I learned my lesson here, but after wasting too many hours adjusting the height, I decided I should give this a go. I had instant regret that I didn’t purchase this from the beginning, as it greatly accelerated my ability to adjust the platform for various step up exercises. Highly recommend this product.

Wish the spacing of the wooden dowels was more snug. There’s a ton of play leading to a feeling of instability when performing certain movements.
