Treadmill is ok but if you're tall, I'm 6,6 ft and treadmill is slim, not wide and not very heavy. Description of this item should've been better. I feel like it wasn't described as well and it's not super easy putting back in the box.

My husband and I both are rehabbing injured knees and this is a great machine. My physical therapist told me about the knees over toes exercises and they have been so helpful. So happy to have the treadmill now too!

I've made a lot of gains quickly this fall using a sled. I'm a 59-year-old female, and my hip started hurting. With time and strengthening, I am fine, thanks to my XT4 all-terrain sled that I use on grass and gravel. We are now snowed in, and I knew I needed something inside. This is definitely working. I, of course, feel it in my quads, but at the same time, it is hitting my glutes and obviously hamstrings. My strength and health is worth the cost. I love that it doesn't take up much space. It's perfect and should last a long time. I took it up five steps while in the box and had it unboxed and assembled in about 15 minutes.

I am a huge supporter of Ben Patrick and use his kneesovertoes program for my freinds, family, and all of my clients. I was so excited to try out the backwards treadmill and heard so many positive reviews about it, so I saved up money for a few months so I could get it. But after assembling it, I am extremely disappointed. It feels very cheap overall and the weight limit says 275lbs but I am only 245lbs and the machine shakes and wiggles back and forth. I am still going to recommend Ben's products and the kneesovertoes program but I feel sick to my stomach wasting all this money. I could've spent that money on my kid's for Christmas. Like I said, I will still support this company, but I definitely regret this purchase
