ATG Sled

The ATG sled comes with a wraparound rail for backward sledding, vertical bars for pushing, as well as a low bar for “ATG-style” pushing!

In my opinion, sled is THE human exercise fundamental. Strength, cardio, healing—all at the same time, while being fundamentally safe since the weight isn’t bearing down on you!

• Heavy duty push/pull sled with welded construction and black-textured, powder-coated finish
• The sled base is made from heavy-walled 2-inch by 2-inch tubing
• Wrap around rail design allows the user to change direction quickly without having to turn the sled around or hook/unhook, saving time and energy
• Assembled sled dimensions (without bars/handles) 36 1/2 inches in length by 21 inches in width and 20 1/2 inches in height
• Unloaded sled weight is 75 lbs (56 lbs with handles/bars removed)
• 18 inches of plate loading on 1.96 inch diameter weight tube
• Vertical push bars are 2 inches in diameter, 39 1/2 inches in height, and 19-inch spacing center to center
• Horizontal push bar is 2 inch in diameter by 15 inches in height
