I'm a former LPGA Tour player with a body that has taken a beating over the years of running and training. My knees are gone and I am limited in what I can do these days. That's where the ATG Slant Board comes in. Through daily practice, I am mitigating the pain and building the strength needed. I've tried all the protocols outside of surgery. I am feeling relief, instead of going to bed in crying pain every night.
I also am using this for a warm up for my golf students and they love it! Lots of teens who play basketball and other sports where the body can be worn down.
With this board we can continue to build the body in a healthy way, while feeling GREAT with the knowledge that the TGV team has shown is the best way for a properly functioning body with less pain.

Well built, but pricey, for what it is a plywood slant board with skateboard tape for grip.
