I am a huge supporter of Ben Patrick and use his kneesovertoes program for my freinds, family, and all of my clients. I was so excited to try out the backwards treadmill and heard so many positive reviews about it, so I saved up money for a few months so I could get it. But after assembling it, I am extremely disappointed. It feels very cheap overall and the weight limit says 275lbs but I am only 245lbs and the machine shakes and wiggles back and forth. I am still going to recommend Ben's products and the kneesovertoes program but I feel sick to my stomach wasting all this money. I could've spent that money on my kid's for Christmas. Like I said, I will still support this company, but I definitely regret this purchase

Your local high school could build a better treadmill. Super janky build. The adjust for the treadmill track to align is a horrible system. When you start to walk the whole thing rattles and moves. The system for storing it upright is so cheap. This has to be one of my worst purchases I’ve ever made. The idea of this was so great and I expected so much but this product is absolute trash for the money.

I've had this for two years....I alternate it with the sled in my driveway before arc workouts....very well made

Best athletic product I've ever bought. 38 y/o, 20+ years of volleyball. Grade 3 patella/trochlear groove chondromalacia in both knees and grade 4 chondrol loss. I've been on it 5-6 night a week for a little over 6 months. This is the best my knees have felt in years. My knees should shudder just straightening them in bed at night, constant knee popping, and feeling the need to straighten my legs, these are all gone now. Pain going downstairs is mild compared to what it was.
2 months in I saw real changes in athleticism, now at 6 months and I haven't jumped like this in years. Excited to see where I'm at in another year.
This treadmill gave me my belief back. Because I've seen real changes I went ahead and bought the nordic, slantboard, sled and back extension as well. I'm all in.
