5 Stars. Game Changer for Mobility and Strength
This mobility box is rock solid. seriously, there’s nothing else like it out there. It’s versatile, well built, and fits seamlessly into a wide range of ATG movements and beyond. Whether you’re just starting or deep into the ATG system, this thing earns its keep.
That said, a 2.0 or a XL version could be even better with easier portability (moving it around with side grips or handles) and a wider platform to support more weight capacity and movement variety.
But overall, this version is dialed in. If you’re scaling up your mobility, flexibility, and strength this is a must have.

This is the second ATG productive I purchased, with the TiB Bar being the first. Like that one I hesitated, attempting other solutions such as step up plate rack attachments, and adjustable boxes. You would have thought I learned my lesson here, but after wasting too many hours adjusting the height, I decided I should give this a go. I had instant regret that I didn’t purchase this from the beginning, as it greatly accelerated my ability to adjust the platform for various step up exercises. Highly recommend this product.
