This is great for the couch stretch! Much more comfortable compared to a thin yoga mat. This can also be used for a variety of different exercises. Each pad has a hard side and a soft side.

I ended up liking this even more than I thought I would. It’s hard to do this product justice in a written review, but let me just say this is super comfortable. I’m convinced I’m getting a deeper stretch when o use it compared to when I don’t. Another high quality product from ATG!
